 BOOKING POLICY

Welcome to The Face Canvas!

We would like to announce that with effect from 12th Feb 2018, we are introducing a new booking policy as follows:- 

• To secure your slot, there will be a charge of $25 upfront fee upon booking.

• Your upfront fee will be offset from your total amount of your treatment.

For example : 

A customer booked for an Eye Guasha Treatment of $38. Upon completing her treatment with The Face Canvas, her balance payment will be $13 ($38 - $25).

12 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policies are as follows:-

• You will receive an appointment reminder through SMS and E-mail 24 hours before your appointment begins. 

• Any cancellations MUST be made 12 Hours or earlier before your appointment. Your upfront fee will then be brought forward to your next rescheduled appointment. Refunds will only be made on case to case basis. 

• Please SMS / Whatsapp / E-mail / DM our Aesthetician; Nareeza if you are unable to make it for your appointment. 

• Upfront Fee of $25 will be FORFEITED if there are:
  •  NO SHOWS 
  • Cancellation made within less then 12 hours
